We request information from you on our order form.

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like your name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).

This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We use outside shipping companies PostNL and DHL to ship orders and payment processing companies Mollie and Paypal to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping prices shown will be the shipping cost for shipping with PostNL. Additional fees for packaging & handling are not charged. We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. Isabell Schulz will dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually this is within 1-2 days. As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link, which includes an estimated delivery time depending on your location. For shipments within the Netherlands this is usually the next day. For all destinations; due to the COVID-19 measures in Europe, the increased number of online purchases could cause delays. Please take a few extra days into account.

Please note that all shipments outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Isabell Schulz can’t predict or control these charges; this is your responsibility and care. The delivery charge for each order will be calculated at checkout. This depends on the delivery address, size, and weight of your order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms and conditions that apply to your order are those from the date that you placed this order.
